Steady & Sage was born from a deep love of helping others feel supported, organized, and truly seen. After eight years as an elementary educator and earning a Master’s in School Administration, I felt a gentle pull toward a new chapter—one where I could use my strengths in planning, creating, guiding, and bringing calm to chaos in a more flexible, personalized way.

I’ve always believed in meaningful work, warm connections, and doing things with intention. As a teacher, that meant nurturing students and creating systems that helped classrooms run smoothly. Now, as a virtual assistant, it means offering thoughtful, dependable support to business owners who want to feel more grounded, organized, and empowered in their day-to-day operations.
